Authors of accepted papers are invited to prepare and submit the final (camera-ready) version of their manuscript by following the instructions below.
1. Prepare the Camera-Ready Paper
Please revise your paper in accordance with the reviewers’ comments and prepare the final version using the official IEEE Conference Template.
The final manuscript must:
Important: Do not add page numbers, headers or footers (other than the required IEEE copyright notice described below).
All accepted papers will be checked for originality using the IEEE CrossCheck plagiarism detection service. Papers found to contain plagiarism or excessive textual overlap may be excluded from publication in accordance with IEEE publication policies.
At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the conference registration (regular or student) in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
2. Add the IEEE Copyright Notice
Before creating the final PDF, add the appropriate IEEE copyright notice to the bottom left corner of the first page.
Use one of the following copyright notices:
Note: In the vast majority of cases, authors should use the last copyright notice.
If you are uncertain which notice applies to your paper, please contact the INDEL 2026 Publication Chair:
cedomir.zeljkovic@etf.unibl.org
MS Word users
Insert the copyright notice using Insert → Text Box, remove the border of the text box and place it at the bottom left corner of the first page.
LaTeX users
Insert the following commands before \begin{document} (example for the standard IEEE copyright):
\IEEEoverridecommandlockouts
\IEEEpubid{\makebox[\columnwidth]{979-8-3195-2769-1/26/\$31.00~\copyright~2026 IEEE\hfill}
\hspace{\columnsep}\makebox[\columnwidth]{}}
3. Verify Your Paper Using IEEE PDF eXpress
Before submitting the final manuscript, verify that your PDF is fully compliant with IEEE Xplore requirements by using the IEEE PDF eXpress service.
Important: Add the copyright notice to your paper before checking it with IEEE PDF eXpress.
Only PDFs that successfully pass the IEEE PDF eXpress verification should be submitted.
Any modification of the PDF after successful verification (including page numbers, headers, footers, copyright notice or watermarks) may invalidate IEEE Xplore compatibility.
4. Submit the Camera-Ready Paper via EasyChair
Log in to your EasyChair account and open your existing submission.
Upload the verified camera-ready PDF by updating your current submission. Do not create a new submission.
If necessary, update the submission metadata in EasyChair (paper title, abstract and list of authors) so that they are fully consistent with the information provided in the camera-ready paper.
Please ensure that the uploaded file is exactly the same PDF that successfully passed the IEEE PDF eXpress verification.
5. Complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF)
For every accepted paper, one author must complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form.
The IEEE eCF is integrated into EasyChair.
After uploading the camera-ready paper, open your submission and select the IEEE Copyright Form link. You will be automatically redirected to the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form.
Follow the instructions to complete the copyright transfer.
Once the form has been successfully completed, EasyChair will automatically record its status. No separate upload of the signed copyright form is required.
Please ensure that the paper title, author names and other bibliographic information entered into the IEEE eCF are identical to those in the final camera-ready paper.
